BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Casserole:

2 pkg. of 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Boil broccoli about 5 minutes and drain. Mix together soup, egg, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in broccoli. Spread in baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray.

Topping:

1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix together ingredients. Add topping over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
