FRESH APPLESAUCE 
4 lg. eating apples
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Remove cores from apples; cut up apples. Place half the apples and all other ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add remaining apples. Blend on high speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 3 cups.
