SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 c. cooked yellow squash, sliced thin
2 eggs
1 c. crushed Town House crackers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 or 3 tbsp. butter (on top)

Cook squash and drain. Mix all ingredients. Pour in buttered casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You can put onion rings on top and bake another 5 to 10 minutes if desired. Delicious.
