RHUBARB JUICE 
Cut and wash fresh rhubarb. Cut in small pieces and place in large crock jar. Cover with boiling water and let stand overnight. Drain off juice; heat to boil and place in hot sterilized jars and seal. Use this when making fruit punch as follows.

4 c. rhubarb juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
2 qts. prepared Kool Aid

This also makes a good breakfast drink.
