BARBECUED LIVER | |
3 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 c. catsup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of garlic powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 lb. thin sliced liver 1/3 c. water 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture, and brown in hot oil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over liver. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings. |
