BAKED LIVER 
1 lb. liver
Flour
Italian bread crumbs
Milk
Bacon slices
Onion

Dip liver in milk, shaking off excess. Coat in equal amounts of flour and bread crumbs. Arrange liver on baking dish with raised grid surface. Top with enough bacon strips to cover. Slice onion, dip into milk and crumb mixture and arrange over bacon. Cover with paper toweling. Bake at 70 for 10 minutes, turning halfway through time.
