CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 c. Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix 2 cups of the cheese, chicken, onion and broccoli in a greased 10 inch pie plate, 1 1/2 inches deep. Beat remaining ingredients except cheese until almost smooth. Pour in plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until melted.
