NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

16 graham crackers (crushed)
1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter (melted)

Cake:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Mix graham crackers, sugar, and butter to form crust. Press into a spring form pan (large). Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Mix sour cream and sugar and pour over top of cheesecake.

Bake an additional 10 minutes.
