QUICHE 
2 pie shells (deep dish)
8 eggs
2 c. Half-n-Half
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Ham, bacon, or seafood
Spinach, broccoli, or any veg. you like

Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Shake cheese in flour. Put in bottom of pie shells. Add ham, bacon or seafood. Save some of the cheese for the top. Mix egg mixture with vegetable you choose and the onion. Pour over meat. Top with remaining cheese and some paprika. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees.
