TOPPINGS FOR SCOTCH PIE OR APPLE
PIES
 
TOPPING #1:
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. Bisquick, flour, or Jiffy baking mix

TOPPING #2:
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. regular shortening or Crisco
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Crumble ingredients of the topping of your choice and sprinkle over pies or apple crisps.
