APPLE CAKE 
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. pecans

Mix oil, eggs, sugar, flour, soda, vanilla and a few apples together. Add apples, dates and pecans. Should be real stiff; if not, add a little more flour and sugar.

Bake in Bundt pan on 250°F to 300°F for 1 hour.
