STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
4 eggs
1 c. chopped strawberries

Mix by hand all ingredients. Don't overbeat. Don't use mixer.

Bake in Bundt or tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Turn out and cool.

Icing:

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. strawberries, chopped

Melt butter. Add sugar. Mix until smooth. Stir in strawberries. Spread or pour over cooled cake.
