CREOLE FISH 
1 1/2 lb. fish
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. canned stewed tomatoes
3 oz. mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
1 minced garlic
1/4 c. butter or oil

Arrange fish in a microwave dish. Put onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil in small bowl and cook on high for 3 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cook 8-10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
