CREOLE FISH 
1 lb. frozen (thawed) or fresh fish
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (low sodium)
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. low sodium bouillon granules
1 tsp. dehydrated onion
1/2 green pepper (cut in strips)
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 tbsp. water

Spray round microwave dish with vegetable spray. Place fish in dish (thick ends to outside). Mix rest of ingredients and pour over fish. Cover with plastic wrap and vent. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, turn fish and continue cooking. When fish flakes it is done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
