BISCUIT MIX 
8 c. flour
1/2 c. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar
1 c. solid shortening

Mix and keep in tightly closed container. Add 1/2 c. to 1 c. milk or buttermilk. Pat out and cut out then bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
