SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 c. oatmeal (dry)
1/2 c. beef bouillon, use rest in sauce
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion (opt.)

Mix well and make into 1" or 1 1/2" meatballs, place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees. Makes 25.

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. bouillon

Mix these and thicken with 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, cook until thickened. Add 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 1 green pepper, cut into small chunks. Add meatballs. Serve hot as hors d'oeuvres or over rice for a meal. I've doubled or tripled recipe according to the affair.
