SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, diced
3/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Mix first seven ingredients. Form into small meatballs. In large pot combine remaining ingredients. Add meatballs, bring to boil, and simmer for an hour.
