RHUBARB CRISP 
BASE:

4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and pour in baking dish or pan.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. softened butter

Mix until lumpy. Pour on top of rhubarb and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
