GATOR BRUNCH 
4 c. white or French bread, cubed and put in a 13 x 9 inch pan
3 c. cooked, cubed ham
1/2 to 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 sm. can ripe olives, sliced
3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Layer ingredients over bread in pan. 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 eggs 3 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together. Pour over layered mixture and bread in pan. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
