2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. cold coffee
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apple-chunks

Blend. Bake in 350 degree oven in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.
