Place center cut slice of ham in 9 x 9 inch pan, spread 1 teaspoon mustard. Sprinkle on 1/3 cup brown sugar. Add milk almost level with top of ham. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Candied sweet potatoes or baking potatoes with their skins rubbed in bacon fat are good to cook in the same oven. Juices can be used as a tasty and different gravy.
