CHICKEN & RICE 
Chicken parts for 4 people
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken broth (2 bouillon & 2 c. water)
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Heat oil in pan. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken from pan. Set aside. Chop onion and saute in same pan in drippings until transparent. Add rice and coat well. Add chicken broth. Remove from heat. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange browned chicken on top of rice. Bake 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
