EASY LOW-FAT CHEESEBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. low-fat cheese 1/2 c. reduced-fat bisquick 1 c. fat-free skim milk 2 eggs Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain; stir in salt. Spread into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients in bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: 6 servings. |
