APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, peeled and cubed

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine and set aside.

Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour half of topping mixture in pan, then half the batter. Add the apple chunks, the remaining topping and the remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
