CHEESE CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
12 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
1 tall can Carnation evaporated milk
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Mix Jello and water; let cool. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add to Jello mixture. Whip Carnation milk. Chill until stiff. Add to cheese mixture and beat well.

Melt butter, add cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour mixture over crumbs. Chill.
