PORK CHOPS - POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
5 c. potatoes, raw sliced
6 slices American cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Brown pork chops in skillet; remove and drain. Heat milk, soup, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spread 1/2 potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Place cheese on potatoes to make a layer of cheese. Spread remaining potatoes on top of cheese. Place pork chops on potatoes. Pour soup mixture evenly over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
