SPINACH SALAD | |
1 lb. spinach 1 can bean sprouts, drained or 1 lb. fresh 4 chopped eggs 8 strips cooked bacon (crumbled) 1 med. onion 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts (drained) 10 lg. mushrooms, sliced SALAD DRESSING (blender) : 1/2 c. med. onions 1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper Wash spinach and drain well. Add rest of salad ingredients. Blend all of salad ingredients in blender. Pour dressing on just before serving. |
