SHRIMP MOLD I 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped shallots, use dark end for color
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can shrimp
1 pack gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise

Melt gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water. Add cream cheese until able to stir. Add other ingredients. Pour into mold and sit for at least 8 hours or overnight if possible.

For decorations, put shallots sprinkled and chopped pimentos in top of mold before pouring. Serves 8-12.
