DONNA'S QUICK MEAL 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can oriental fried rice
1 can ranch style beans
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Approx. 1/2 lb. American or cheddar cheese
1 pkg. soft tortillas (opt.)

Cook hamburger and drain off fat. Add rice, beans, Ro-tel tomatoes and salt and pepper. Let simmer 15 to 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes add shredded cheese. Serve with tortillas (optional).
