MINTED LAMB CHOPS 
4 shoulder lamb chops 1/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped mint
1/4 c. chopped chives

Arrange chops in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over lamb. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 4 servings.
