1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Bring butter and cocoa to a boil over medium heat. Then remove, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk; blend the ingredients quickly and pour on top of cake. Let cake set 3-4 hours.
