1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix zucchini, sugar and oil. Add beaten egg. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Add to zucchini mixture, mix well, and add together nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoons on to greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 3 dozen.
