BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 lb. stew beef
Beef bouillon
Butter
3 eggs
3 eggs
Flour

Put stew beef in Dutch oven pan. Add salt and pepper, cover with a lot of water. Bake in 350 degree oven until meat is done. Put on top of burner, add beef bouillon cubes or granules to your taste, a little at a time to keep from getting too salty. While meat is baking, mix 2 egg yolks and 1 egg that has been beaten, 1 teaspoon salt and add enough flour to make a very stiff dough. Put on floured surface. Roll out thin, keep covered with flour so dough won't stick to rolling pin. Let rest. Cut into noodles, keep flour on them so they aren't wet and stick together. Bring broth to boil and add noodles, stir, add 1 stick butter (this makes richer broth). Cook until noodles are done.

If water has cooked away during baking be sure to add more.
