TOMATO BEEF BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. ketchup
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) egg noodles, cooked & drained

Brown meat and onion, drain. Add garlic salt, pepper, tomatoes and catsup. Cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cottage cheese, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.

In buttered 3 quart casserole, layer meat mixture, cheese mixture and noodles with meat ending on top (can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until needed). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 10 servings.
