BAKED FISH 
Fish fillets, any type
butter
Salt and pepper (lemon pepper)
1-2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs (crushed Wheaties)

Line shallow pan with foil. Cover bottom of pan with melted butter. Spread fillets in pan; make certain fillets touch each other. Season with salt and pepper and spread with beaten eggs over fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with crumbs. Pour melted butter over all and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
