MOCK POTATO PANCAKES FOR DIETERS 
1 1/2 c. cauliflower, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 tbsp. soya powder
1 lg. egg
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Fat to cover fry pan, 1/2 inch deep

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Drop by tablespoon into deep fat. Allow to brown on one side, turn and brown on other side. Remove when firm. (Do not touch until then.) Total grams 15.4. Grams per serving 1.0.
