HAMBURGER VEGETABLE | |
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 (8 oz.) can unsalted tomato juice 1 c. diced raw potatoes 1 c. chopped cabbage 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans 1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tbsp. dill weed 6 c. water 1 c. chopped onion 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. diced green pepper 1/2 c. sliced carrots 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn Brown meat in large skillet. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf before serving. |
