TURKEY CASSEROLE ALA MEXICO 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. salsa
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. low salt corn chips

In a large skillet brown turkey, onion, green pepper; add garlic powder and chili powder. Stir and brown evenly, about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa. Put mixture into a 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with corn chips and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. 2 servings.
