NEW MEXICO CORNBREAD 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. green chili, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and put in a lightly greased shallow pan, 9 inches square or larger. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until firm.
