CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. boiling water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3 lg. eggs

Boil water; add butter and continue to boil until melted. Add flour (all at once time), mix until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mix completely before adding another egg.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip out by large tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees. Bake until golden brown and dry. Fill with vanilla pudding.
