CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Whipping cream
Sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
Milk

Boil salt, butter, and water together. Add flour while boiling (all at once). Stir constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time. Drop by spoonful into buttered pan 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.

Mix whipping cream adding sugar to sweeten and fill cooled puffs. Mix remaining ingredients for topping to spreadable consistency and apply to finished puffs.
