PORK CHOPS & DRESSING 
4 pork chops
3 c. bread (cubed)
2 tbsp. onion (diced)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Brown pork chops. Mix bread, onion, butter, water and poultry seasoning and form into 4 balls. Place them on top of each pork chop, Mix soup and milk and pour over each pork chop and ball of dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover for the first 45 minutes, then remove cover for the last 15 minutes to brown.
