PORK CHOPS WITH CORN DRESSING 
4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
5 c. bread torn in sm. pieces
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. water

In a skillet brown seasoned pork chops in hot oil. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown. In a large mixing bowl combine bread, corn and sauteed onion and pepper.

Place pork chops in a baking dish; spoon stuffing mixture on top of chops. Add water and bake uncovered about 1 hour at 325 degrees until chops are done and stuffing is lightly brown.
