DRESSED UP PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 apple
1 onion
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. water

Salt and pepper pork chops - 4 chops fit in skillet well. Heat skillet with oil before starting chops. Place chops on bottom of skillet. Core but do not peel apple; cut in circles. Peel and slice onion in circles. Put one piece of apple on each pork chop. Place 1 slice of onion on each apple ring. Pour water over this and put lid on tight. Cook very slow until pork chops are well done.
