3 c. bread crumbs, soft
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
4 pork chops
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Brown 4 pork chops on both sides and place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix bread crumbs, onions, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over stuffing and chops. Bake in 350 degree oven, covered until tender, about 1 hour.
