PEAR HONEY 
7 lbs. pears
5 lbs. sugar
3 lemons
1 (# 2) can crushed pineapple

Wash and peel pears. Grind in food processor. Add sugar and lemon juice. Cook to consistency of apple butter. Add pineapple and cook 15 minutes longer. Pour into jars and seal.
