SUGAR FREE MILK FREE BRAN
MUFFINS
 
2 c. Kellogg's Bran Flakes
12 oz. can Diet 7-Up
2 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener, (Pillsbury Sweeten 10 preferred)
2 c. self-rising flour

In medium bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, combine first 5 ingredients beating about 1 minute. Remove beaters. Stir self-rising flour until dissolved and absorbed by other ingredients. Divide batter equally between 12 paper lined muffin wells.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack 12 minutes and then remove from pan to continue cooling on rack another 15 minutes before peeling off paper liners. Makes one dozen.
