SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can salmon, red or pink
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. onion, diced
Mashed potatoes
1 can peas

Grease a large casserole. Put salmon in bottom then layer peas, onions, mushrooms and mushroom soup.

Top with mashed potatoes. Put salt and pepper and butter on top of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
