FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. or less lemon juice
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
8 med. sized sliced bananas
2/3 c. pecans

Soften cream cheese with mixer. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold in bananas, Cool Whip and pecans into mixture. Put in large Jello mold or 13 x 9 dish. Freeze. Serve with strawberry topping if desired.
