CREAMY BANANA PUDDING 
14 oz. can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 c. cold water
4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. (1 pt.) whipped cream
36 vanilla wafers
3 med. bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice concentrate

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix. Beat well. Chill 5 minutes, fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with one third each of the wafers, bananas, and pudding, spreading around edge of bowl to look nice. Repeat layering twice ending with pudding. Top with a few wafers and banana slices; cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 8-10 servings. Very rich but very good. Goes over good at carry-ins.
